1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BoltNet ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BoltNet provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes your traffic through secure servers to protect your online privacy.

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

• Engage in any illegal activity or violate applicable laws
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, threaten, or harm other individuals
• Distribute spam or unauthorized advertising
• Attempt to compromise the security of the service

5. Subscription & Payment

• Premium features require a paid subscription purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
• Subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at the time of purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% service uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance
• Network issues beyond our control
• Force majeure events

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by BoltNet Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in abusive or illegal use of the service
• Fail to pay for subscription services

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoltNet and BoltNet Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
